Payment & Refund / Cancellation Policy

At VibeVarie.ae, we strive to deliver excellence, variety, and innovation across our wide range of services, including E-commerce, General Trading, Cleaning Services, Travel & Tours, and Premium Cosmetics. This Payment & Refund / Cancellation Policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.


1. Payments

  • All payments for products and services on VibeVarie.ae must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept secure payments through major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital wallets.

  • Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • For subscription-based or recurring services, customers will be billed in advance according to the agreed schedule.


2. Order Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp with the details of their purchase or booking.

  • For cleaning services and travel bookings, confirmation will include service details, schedules, and terms specific to that service.


3. Cancellations

  • E-commerce Orders: Customers may cancel within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

  • Cleaning Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service charge.

  • Travel & Tours: Cancellations are subject to the terms of the respective airlines, hotels, and partners. VibeVarie.ae will inform customers of applicable charges before confirming cancellation.

  • General Trading & Premium Cosmetics: Cancellations are only accepted prior to shipment or service initiation.


4. Refunds

  • E-commerce Products: Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Cleaning Services: If customers are unsatisfied, VibeVarie.ae may provide a free re-service or a partial refund at our discretion.

  • Travel & Tours: Refunds depend on airline, hotel, or third-party provider policies. Service fees charged by VibeVarie.ae are non-refundable.

  • Premium Cosmetics: Due to hygiene standards, cosmetics are non-refundable unless defective or unopened.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Services already rendered or partially completed.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

  • Travel or booking cancellations beyond the control of VibeVarie.ae (e.g., weather, government restrictions, force majeure).
